Archie
Vehicle condition capture and fleet intelligence
Archie is the fleet intelligence system for fleet operators. A turn-key, portable drive-through gantry captures each vehicle’s condition and identity at every movement, 24/7.
Over 2.4M vehicle movements captured since 2024
The problem
No reliable record of condition or movement
When you can’t show what condition a vehicle was in, or when it moved, you can’t recover the cost. It’s written off or becomes a dispute, and fleet decisions rest on guesswork.
Manual checks vary by person, lighting and time pressure. Archie replaces them with the same record, captured the same way, every time a vehicle passes.
What you get
Everything Archie does
-
Condition captured at every movement
Cameras and built-in lighting capture the whole vehicle on every pass, with the same angles and image quality day or night, so each vehicle’s condition history is comparable over time.
-
Every movement, identified
Licence plate recognition ties each pass to a vehicle, so you know where each one has been and when it last moved.
-
In your systems within 60 seconds
Every pass reaches your own systems within 60 seconds of capture, so your fleet record stays near real time.
-
Precision vehicle detection
Archie detects each vehicle precisely as it passes, so every pass is captured.
-
Drive-through capture
No barrier arms, no stopping. Vehicles pass at normal speed and your traffic flow stays as it is.
-
We-Capture integration
Inspection records flow into We-Capture through its API, so your team works in the platform it already knows.
-
Turn-key, supported locally
Delivered by our Australasian installer network and backed by a support and maintenance subscription.
-
Single or multi-lane
Portable gantries in one-lane or multi-lane layouts, sized to your site and traffic.
Where it goes
Built for the places vehicles change hands
Single or multi-lane, indoors or out, sized to your site and traffic.
- Photo: airports deployment
Airports
Returns lanes at airport rental facilities, including shared facilities where one deployment can serve several operators.
- Photo: depots deployment
Depots
Inspection at the depot gate or prep area, so every vehicle is recorded before it goes back into service.
- Photo: indoor facilities deployment
Indoor facilities
Indoor single or multi-lane deployments in busy facilities, with lighting designed for the space.
Integration
Works with We-Capture
Archie connects to We-Capture, the fleet platform Australasian operators already use, through its API and a sales partnership. Inspection records arrive where your team handles damage.

FAQ
Questions operators ask
How many vehicles can a lane handle?
Vehicles drive through at normal lane speed with no stopping, so Archie keeps up with your existing returns flow. Exact capture speed and per-hour figures for your location — to confirm with Jono.
What power and network does it need?
Each gantry needs mains power and a network connection back to the cloud; we design both as part of the site assessment. Specific power and bandwidth figures — to confirm with Jono.
Does it work outdoors and in bad weather?
Archie runs 24/7 with its own integrated lighting, in returns halls, depots and airport facilities. Outdoor and weather ratings — to confirm with Jono.
Can we move it if our layout changes?
Yes. Archie gantries are portable and turn-key, so a lane can be relocated or reconfigured when your facility changes, without civil works.
Who owns the images and data?
You do — the inspection record exists to protect your damage revenue. Where data is stored and how long it is kept — to confirm with Jono.
How is it supported?
Every deployment comes with a support and maintenance subscription, delivered locally in Australia and New Zealand by One Bay and our installer network. You deal with the people who built it.
Does it work with We-Capture?
Yes. Archie integrates with We-Capture through its API, and the two companies have a sales partnership, so inspection records flow into the fleet platform your team already uses.
